We normally ask you to pay 50% deposit for the very first booking while we are setting you up on our system.

How does the payment system work at Busy Bee Clean?

You pay £14/h directly to the cleaner on the cleaning day and the rest you pay by Direct Debit monthly.

What is the difference between one-off and regular cleaning?

One-off domestic cleaning is something that you need only once so we do not allocate you with a regular cleaner and every time you book a one-off cleaning, different cleaner will come. Regular cleaning is a cleaning scheduled with the same cleaner on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

What if I want to change the number of regular hours?

That is fine! Just let us know by emailing hello@busybeeclean.co.uk

Do I get a refund if I don’t use the cleaner?

We won’t charge you for cleaner’s fee (£14/h) but all companies fees collected monthly are still to be paid as we still do administrative work for you.

What about times when my cleaner is sick?

If your regular cleaner is sick, we will notify you in advance and send you a replacement cleaner.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have cover for breakages and Public Liability (accidents etc). Cover is provided on an indemnity basis, in some cases you may be better off claiming on your normal household policy which may provide new-for-old cover. Bleach damage is specifically excluded – please do not ask your cleaner to use it! Note our insurance is Domestic only, it does not cover commercial premises.

What if I’m not happy with the Cleaner you send me?

We will send you another cleaner until you find someone suitable for your needs!

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel cleanings if you inform us at least 24h in advance by emailing hello@busybeeclean.co.uk

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes, we strive to allocate you with the same cleaner to perform regular cleanings. If there is a team of more than 2 cleaners, we will keep at least 2 regular cleaners. If the cleaner is sick, on holidays or there any other circumstances, we will send you a replacement cleaner.
